Account Manager

Managing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for increasing sales revenue and profitability through product and service offers. Understanding customer requirements and effectively negotiating contracts,
via email, calls.
Sales Support: Respond to affiliate communications. Coordinate and manage internal departments.
Reporting: data analysis and internal reporting on performance, price reviews, financial forecasts. Provide regular external reviews of partner customer performance and special reports for calls / meetings.
Internal meetings and administration. Regular and special meetings with the key customer management group, sales department.
Product / project management support: liaising internally with other departments to manage product improvement projects.
