Chief Engineer

Responsibilities:

Organization of a property maintenance service
Development of schedules and regulations for maintenance of engineering systems.
Formation and approval of the budget of the service ‚
Organization of a reporting system.
Organization of management of current operation
Contractor selection
Organization and management of contracting organizations.
Quality control of work performed by the engineering service.
Organization of the operation of the operation service.
Exercise of control over observance of rules and norms on labor protection, industrial sanitation and fire safety, requirements of environmental and sanitary authorities, as well as bodies that carry out technical supervision.
Monitoring compliance by employees with labor and production discipline.
Full support of the facility.
Drawing up commercial offers to potential customers of the company.
Participation in negotiations with customers.
Preparation of documentation.
Requirements:

Required experience in the operating company.
Higher technical or construction education.
Knowledge of pricing in the field of technical operation, preparation of commercial offers.
Knowledge of modern engineering systems of heat supply, water supply and sewage, ventilation and air conditioning systems, electrical equipment, low-current systems, fire extinguishing systems.
The ability to independently solve organizational and technical problems.
Personal qualities: focus on results ‚ability to work in multitasking mode‚ responsibility ‚advanced training.
