Responsibilities:
Organization of the process of construction and reconstruction at the facilities;
Work with customers, contractors;
Quality control of the work performed, as well as the quality of the materials and products used;
Maintaining a schedule and executive documentation;
Conclusion of contracts with subcontractors;
Planning and organization of construction processes;
Interaction with regulatory and supervisory authorities;
Participation in the acceptance of work;
Making operational technical decisions.
Requirements:
Experience in performing the functions of general contractor, subcontractor;
Knowledge of all cycles of construction and decoration;
Good management skills;
Higher technical education;
Work experience in large construction organizations;
Ability to work in an intensive mode, bear responsibility for decisions made, manage processes and people;
Responsibility, independence and self-organization;
Experienced PC user.
