Responsibilities:
Carrying out a complex of construction works at multi-storey construction sites;
Monitoring and control over compliance with the quality of work performed;
Statement of tasks, management of the construction process;
Work with documentation, registration of acts of acceptance and delivery of work performed;
Personal responsibility for deadlines, management of workers, communication with the customer;
Calculation of the scope of work, the need for materials and equipment;
Organization of safe work (safety precautions). Knowledge of the basics of labor protection;
Delivery of the object on time with due quality.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar position;
Specialized education;
Knowledge of interior finishing technologies;
Diligence, responsibility, accuracy.
