Duties:

Management of the full cycle of the project.

Organization and control

Approval of technical solutions for the facility

Monitoring the performance of contractual obligations by the customer and contractor

Defining a contractor engagement strategy

Monitoring the coordination of contracts, applications, estimates. Optimization of design solutions and the introduction of new construction technologies

Monitoring of schedules for the execution of contracts, payments, receipt of project documentation, work, delivery and other established schedules.

Planning and distribution of production resources.
• Determination of the required number, professional and qualification of employees.
• Control over the activities of contractors in the process of work.
• Preparation of documents for registration of permits and admissions for construction work at the facility.
• Development of plans for construction production.
• Calculation of the nomenclature, volumes and delivery schedule of building materials, structures, products.
• Drawing up applications for material and technical resources, construction equipment, machinery and mechanisms.
