Duties:

Management of the full cycle of the project.

Organization and control of the progress of construction and installation work

Approval of technical solutions for the facility

Responsible for the implementation of the adopted project concept in accordance with the approved budget and schedule

Monitoring the performance of contractual obligations by the customer and contractor

Defining a contractor engagement strategy

Monitoring the coordination of contracts, applications, estimates. Optimization of design solutions and the introduction of new construction technologies

Monitoring of schedules for the execution of contracts, payments, receipt of project documentation, work, delivery and other established schedules.
