receiving incoming calls from guests, consulting on the menu, placing orders
processing incoming orders from the site and mobile application
processing incoming orders from partners
distribution of orders by restaurants
distribution of orders between couriers (logistics)
conflict prevention and resolution
reporting
Requirements:
knowledge of English
competent spoken language
work experience in a similar position from 1 year
Conditions:
shift work schedule (1/2; 2/2)
opening hours from 11 to 23
