Document Manager

Main goals:

Organization and maintenance of the company’s document flow (contracts, invoices, powers of attorney, etc.);
Drafting and execution of documents;
Registration of incoming, outgoing and internal documents;
Preparation of documents for signing by heads of departments;
Knowledge of document management systems;
Preparation of documents for subsequent storage and use;
Compliance with confidentiality;
Business correspondence with partners;
Control over the timing of the execution of document flow.
