Foreman (finishing works)

Required work experience: 3-5 years
Full time, full day

Responsibilities:

– organization and control at the facility of a full range of finishing works;
– management of construction crews, as well as coordination and acceptance of work from contractors;
– calculation of the scope of work, verification of the performance of work by contractors;
– approval of work schedules and their control;
– preparation of applications for materials, equipment;

Requirements:

– secondary / higher education in construction
– work experience in a similar position for at least 5 years
– confident reading of construction drawings
