- Duties:
Organization of work;
Coordination and control of the activities of line workers;
Organization of workshops at the construction site with representatives of contractors / suppliers;
Studying of contracts with Contracting organizations, monitoring the mutual fulfillment of the terms of the contract;
Receiving monthly and weekly work schedules from Contractors, monitoring their implementation;
Organization of timely transfer of the front of works by Contracting organizations;
Organization of acceptance of work performed by the Contractor;
Informing the Project Manager about additional work arising during the construction process.
