Lawyer-Economist

Tasks:
– Support and consultation of business units (especially sales and purchases).
– Preparation, review and approval of contracts for the main automotive business.
– Risk analysis and contract management solutions.
– Analysis, preparation and implementation of legal issues, in particular in trade and public activities, contract law, intellectual property law, IT, data protection, product liability law.
– Legal support of corporate investments.
Requirements:
– Scrabble in general commercial law, university degree (business law or common law).
– Initial professional experience in the internal legal department, in contract management or in the corporate environment.
– A very good understanding of business contexts.
– High level of customer and service orientation and responsibility.
– Good manners, communication skills, determination and team spirit.
– Quick understanding of new problems and meticulous independent work.
– Very good knowledge of German and English.
