To do this, you must:
Experience with the software part of the game 3D graphics (shaders, pipeline, optimization) from 3 years;
Experience in Unity3D from 1 year and the presence of a common graphic experience;
Knowledge of DirectX / OpenGL;
Ability to write clean and understandable code.
