Duties:
record keeping of the legal department;
processing of incoming contracts (scanning, keeping the register), tracking the expiration dates;
statement of powers of attorney;
preparation of opinions on various legal issues related to the economic activities of the enterprise;
examination of draft contracts of counterparties, development, approval of simple contracts, preparation of draft protocols of disagreements, additional agreements to contracts, writing of standard claims;
preparation of applications ‚letters‚ responses to inquiries;
preparation of copies of constituent and other documents at the request of counterparties and company employees;
interaction with banks, government agencies, notary;
work under the supervision of a senior legal adviser.
Requirements:
higher legal education;
work experience – from 1 year in a similar position;
good theoretical knowledge;
responsibility, diligence, attentiveness to documents, the ability to see errors, high learning ability;
