– interaction with accounting
– organization of business trips
– accounting and inventory of office equipment
– maintaining income and expense budgets
– organization of meetings
Requirements:
– higher education
– PC user, knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– knowledge of the basics of office work
– work experience in a similar position from 1 year
– competent written and spoken language
Conditions:
– official registration
– payment of expenses for mobile communications;
work schedule: 5 days a week, full time.
