Responsibilities:

Office life support, including ordering water, coffee, tea, milk, fruit, office supplies, household goods, and what is necessary for the work of the office;
Maintaining order and comfort in the kitchen and office, organizing jobs for new employees;
Document management: incoming and outgoing correspondence, registration, distribution, archiving of documents;
Processing incoming calls;
Organization of business trips of the company’s employees: booking tickets, hotels, taxis, registration of necessary documents;
Interaction with the business center management company;
Participation in the preparation of corporate events;
Assistance to office employees within the scope of their job responsibilities.
