Office Manager

Required work experience: 3-6 years
Full time, full day

Duties:

Receiving incoming calls, working with correspondence
Fulfillment of personal assignments of managers
Interaction with counterparties (conclusion of contracts, work with primary accounting documentation)
Interaction on various issues with staff / department heads
Full provision of office and production with stationery and household goods
Archiving, archiving
Ensuring full office life, comfort and order, including
Tea / coffee for guests, executives; coffee machine care

Requirements:
Education not lower than secondary
Work experience in this or a similar position
Competent speech, consistency, thrift
Activity, initiative, punctuality, ability to work in multitasking mode
