Duties:
meeting and advising customers at the point of delivery of the online store
reception and display of goods;
sale of goods (including by phone) in the incoming stream;
record keeping;
maintaining order at the point of issue of the online store;
cash desk work, cash reporting;
participation in inventories.
Requirements:
knowledge of Excel, Word;
knowledge of sales techniques;
high speed printing;
experience with the cash desk;
experience in the field of customer service, in the field of sales;
maximum customer focus, goodwill, stress resistance, diligence;
willingness to learn new things, the ability to work in multitasking mode and as a team.
