Duties:

work with personnel (drawing up a schedule, monitoring compliance with it, distributing tasks between employees, evaluating the effectiveness of employees, initial briefing and training of new employees)
stock control,
sales analysis and ordering goods
merchandising (control of the presentation of goods in accordance with company standards)
