Technical support specialist


Monitoring of the operating IP-telephone network of the company;
Working with operators of IP-telephony via e-mail and telephone communication (processing requests and reports);
Conducting test calls to check the quality of communication with different countries.


ENGLISH (written, oral) at intermediate level;
Confident PC user;
Perseverance, tendency to monotonous work, analytical mindset, responsibility, diligence, attentiveness, ability to work in a team and independently;
Ability to work on a 12-hour shift schedule (day and night shifts) after the internship.
