Technical support for users:
1. support for hardware and software users by
phone, e-mail, online help desk system, as well as through remote access tools;
2. Testing of the software products of its own design;
3. Repeat the scenarios described by the user to diagnose errors;
4. Advising potential customers before selling equipment for;
5. Advising users on the re-sale of equipment and software;
6. Field commissioning and training of customer representatives.
