Tour guide

Required work experience: 0-5 years Full time, full day

Responsibilities:
Ability to speak and narrate clearly and competently.
Provide organizational support for tourist groups and VIP individual clients.
Conduct and sell excursions
Provide information on the tour program.

Requirements:
Travel experience is a plus, but you should at least have a basic understanding of what motivates people to travel.
Knowledge of English is at least Upper Intermediate.
Knowledge of Polish / Czech is considered an advantage.
Preliminary sales experience.
Customer focus, punctuality, hospitality, stress resistance.
