Work Producer

Duties:

– Carrying out general construction work on the territory of the production organization in terms of the reconstruction of buildings (workshop, warehouses, office premises);

– restoration of old or laying of new engineering systems (electrical, plumbing, sewerage, heating mains);

– landscaping (partial restoration of the coating, installation of fences, repair of ramps, gates, etc.) by regular construction workers and with the involvement of contractors.

– management of the production and economic activities of the sections, namely: setting tasks for teams, technicians for the planned work;

– calculation of the scope of operational, construction work according to project documentation or technical specifications, drawing up resource estimates, scheduling work and monitoring the deadline;

– providing construction crews with the necessary materials and tools (through supply);

– continuous quality control of work carried out by subordinates and contractors;

– keeping records of the work performed with the registration of technical documentation;

– management of the staff of operational and construction workers, microcontractors.
