Architect

Tasks:
– Your main task is the architectural, technical and economic development of our construction and market formats.
– For new projects and sites in Germany and abroad, you provide planning services for stages 1-5 and accompany planning services at the implementation stage.
– Thanks to the constant exchange with internal and external partners, you provide continuous improvement and sustainable economic efficiency of our buildings and technical construction equipment.
Requirements:
– You graduated in architecture with at least 6 years of professional experience at all stages of work (ideally in the field of trade / industry) and a wide range of knowledge in the field of architecture.
“We require very good knowledge of common CAD applications (ideally ArchiCAD) and visualization software.”
– You have a good knowledge of the relevant technical regulations and building instructions.
– Your ability to work in a team in combination with your experience allows you to work efficiently and focus on problem solving.
– Persistence and strong communication skills allow you to share your results between departments and levels of the hierarchy.
– Readiness for business trips completes your profile.
