Reception of visitors (tea / coffee, taxi order, etc.);
Organization of the reception;
Organization of meetings, meetings, negotiations;
Preparation of materials for meetings;
Office life support;
Planning the work schedule of the head;
Fulfillment of personal instructions of the management;
Monitoring the execution of orders of the head;
Willingness to be in touch 24/7;
Interaction with all services of the Company.
Requirements:
Business etiquette, politeness, attentiveness, punctuality;
Competent speech, analytical mindset, high speed;
Ability to work in multitasking mode.
Experience in a similar position is required;
Prompt solution of tasks.
