Assistant to the project manager

Responsibilities:
Maintaining the document flow on the object, including registers of documentation
Maintenance, clarification, adjustment of work schedules
Preparation of financial statements and reports on the project
Preparation of reference materials, informational letters, project presentations
Collection and systematization of information on the progress of the project from various departments (construction, procurement, project)
Preparation of letters, appeals, requests to government agencies and structures
Processing, consolidation, filling in project documentation (registers, summary tables, various calculations)
Project reporting (assistance in reporting by the project manager, preparation of a consolidated project report)
