Responsibilities:
Legal support of the organization
– legal support for the construction of facilities;
– legal examination of contracts concluded by the Company;
– development of local acts of the Company (orders, regulations, instructions, etc.);
– conducting judicial practice;
– preparation of responses to inquiries, appeal of administrative orders / penalties;
– preparation of legal opinions / certificates on the issues of the Company’s business.
Requirements:
– higher legal education
– work experience in the specialty in construction / manufacturing companies – from 5 years;
– experience of independent judicial practice;
– the ability to work in a team, the ability to work with a large amount of information.
