Civil Engineer

Tasks:
Design and multi-design control of construction projects in the airport enterprise:
– You support project management in the project management of our large projects.
– You carry out control of the project on expenses and terms.
– You form risk management in the project with an assessment of countermeasures.
– As part of multi-project control, you support the zonal and central controlling departments in the preparation of monthly reports, annual financial reports and economic planning.
Technical control in the technical field:
– You create monthly reports on comparing targets and current performance and recommend maintenance measures in the field of technology.
– You create profitability analysis, calculations and special estimates.
– You assume professional and disciplinary responsibility for two subordinates.
Requirements:
– Full higher education Civil Engineer, Architect or Engineer-Economist.
– Professional experience in the field of construction or project management.
– Experience with the necessary tools, such as HOAI, VOB and general computer programs (MS Office, MS Project, Outlook).
– The presence of experience in managing employees.
– High level of responsibility and effectiveness.
– Ability to strategic and team work.
