Customer Experience Specialists Russian

The successful candidates would have a passion for travel, adventure, languages and an enthusiasm for customer service. In addition, you will possess excellent communication skills and will have the ability to build rapport with clients. You will be an excellent team player able to work within a friendly environment.

Your role:

• Provide professional, prompt and friendly client support by listening to clients and responding in a way that exceeds their expectations.
• Identify and troubleshoot the issues accordingly using available resources.
• Logging and follow up of Customer Information.
• Responding to enquiries and handling client escalations by telephone and email.
• Having a full understanding of company processes and maintaining contractual obligations.

• Working Hours – Weekdays between 9am and 10pm (we have several shifts to cover the 13 hours of service) and two weekends a month.

You should:

• Be a fluent Russian speaker, along with having a high level of English.
• Have excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner
• Be flexible
• Have good keyboard data entry skills and computer literacy
• Be a team player
• Have experience within the travel industry or a keen interest in travel is a plus
