Responsibilities

Independent preparation of Reports on the assessment of residential real estate (apartments, rooms, shares, apartments, parking spaces, townhouses, land plots, country houses with land);
Implementation of timely monitoring of the state of affairs within the framework of own projects;
Request and receive documents required for evaluation;
Advising clients and appraiser’s assistants on the current legislation regulating appraisal activities;
Verification of reports for compliance with the legislation and application of the selected methods in terms of calculating the value of the valuation object.
