You will work with the database, messengers, chatbots, directly receiving incoming requests and in the future CRM, IP telephony. We are also always happy to teach you new skills and knowledge, in turn, we are ready to learn something new from you.
The system and quality of the services provided in our company will depend on your work, so you should really be a very attentive and diligent person who is ready to take responsibility and be able to make decisions.
The main tasks include:
– accept orders from our potential customers, interact during the checkout process;
– carry out order processing via CRM and 1C;
— directly create orders for the despatch of your goods or samples;
– preparation of documents for the delivery of orders;
– execution of orders of managers
