Service department master consultant


Reception and support of motor vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles and power equipment) in accordance with the regulations.

Sale of repair and maintenance services.

Advising clients personally and by phone on maintenance and repair issues, making an appointment.

Informing the client about the list and cost of services, the progress of work or their completion.
Tracking the repair process and checking the quality of repair work.
Planning and control of service loading.
Timely execution of accompanying documentation.
Work experience in a similar position at least 2 years.
Knowledge of the device and experience in repairing motor vehicles (will be your advantage).
Possession of sales techniques and skills of effective communication with clients.
