Assistant manager

Duties:
Operational assistance and execution of instructions of the head;
Organization of the head’s working day;
Work with documents, reporting;
Business correspondence;
Preparation and execution of documents, reports, telephone calls;
Search and preparation of information on behalf of the head;
Monitoring the implementation of tasks.
Implementation of the functional office manager.
Requirements:
Work experience as a secretary or office manager from a year;
Confident user (Word, Excel), the ability to work with office equipment;
Knowledge of paperwork, business correspondence;
Knowledge of business etiquette;
Correct oral and written language;
Sociability;
Responsibility, politeness, punctuality.
