Customer support and service manager

Duties:

Working with incoming flow of customers in the showroom of the company
Reception and processing of incoming requests / orders by phone and through the online store
Consulting clients in accordance with the established regulations and job descriptions
Full customer support: conclusion of contracts, formation of commercial offers, invoicing, control of payments, shipment, formation of documentation
Preparation and sending of advertising materials, commercial offers, presentations
Maintaining and updating the current base of incoming clients.

Requirements:

Sales experience and presentation skills;
Correct oral and written language;
Organization, responsibility, communication skills, persuasion skills;
Focus on results.
