Duties:
Processing applications for tours, selection of tours;
Advising retail customers in various areas;
Registration and control of contracts for tours with retail customers;
Preparation of documents for visas.
Requirements:
Work experience (tourist sales) of 1 year or the availability of specialized education (tourism);
Knowledge of the main excursion destinations in Europe;
Confident PC user, fast learner;
Correct oral and written language.
Responsibility, sociability, clarity, accuracy, composure;
Speed of response, stress resistance;
Non-conflict and balanced nature.
